A data visualization and scrollytelling experience which aims to sensitize the wider audience in the issue of education of Syrian refugees in their host countries. In the narration, each word corresponds to roughly 10,000 Syrian children. By scrolling down the website, the audience follows the devastating statistics of Syrian children that are not achieving education and literacy. At the end of the story, the author left the links of diverse NGOs for donating. This is intended as a way of providing audiences the capacity to actively do something about.
